Our dresses are 100% genuine, bought from stores or reputable online websites. We do now also hire and sell our dresses, should you wish to buy a dress from us please get in contact.
Yes! We have a unit in Stansted, Essex where all our dresses are stored, you can make an appointment to try on our dresses (there’s a changing room available). Please note the shop is only open by appointment, so you must contact us before coming to the shop.
3 or 8 days. If you’re going on holiday for two weeks and would like to order a dress, please contact us for the price.
If you receive the dress and it doesn’t fit, please let us know asap that you’re returning it and send it back same/next day for a full refund minus shipping. If you’d like a different size or dress, we’ll send it for you! Please note that dresses sent back late/ kept for the entire hire period will not be refunded.
Please contact us. It may be booked out for a long period of time or it may be out of stock and we are trying to get it back in. We will let you know when we will be expecting it back.
Simply wear the dress and send it back for the date written on your letter. Do not dry clean the dress as we take care of this. Go to your local post office and they will give you a free Special next day delivery bag, Use the address label provided and send back to us. Please keep the tracking number in case we need this. Dresses which are lost in the post and have no tracking number will be your responsibility.

Yes! Orders have to be made online for security reasons (you may need to enter your online banking details). We use SagePay, which is completely safe and your details are NEVER shared.

Dresses need to be signed for. They are guaranteed to arrive on your chosen date before 1pm. If no-one is there to sign a card will be left by Royal Mail and you’ll need to collect the dress from your local depot.
We are! You just need to have fun in one of our lovely dresses and return it to us. Please do not attempt to mend or clean the dress yourself.
Yes. We recommend doing so. To reserve, simply purchase online and write the date you want the dress at the checkout (check its available first email@example.com) This will prevent anyone else being able to hire the dress on the same date.
Yes, but please bear in mind the dresses have been previously hired (unless you are lucky enough to be the first to wear it!) and some, which have hundreds of sequins, may have a few missing/ loose threads etc. We won’t send anything we don’t think is ‘good’ condition.
My Celebrity Dress send to the UK and Northern Ireland. We only send worldwide if a customer is buying a dress. Hire dresses are only for the UK and Northern Ireland.
If your dress has already been sent, you can cancel, however, you will need to pay for shipping and a 15% fee. Dresses ordered online need to be cancelled 4 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Even though we send special delivery, at times we may use couriers. If you’ve made an appointment to come into the shop and paid a deposit to hold a dress, the deposit is non refundable, but the deposit can be moved over to another dress.
We cannot promise anything, but feel free to send us images and information about any dresses you want to sell. They must be excellent condition.
